There was a moment in my journey when I paused to ask myself: What am I truly doing with my voice? I had built a career in media and communications, I had performed, directed, produced — but somewhere along the way, I realized that storytelling could no longer be just what I did. It had to become who I was.
In a world that is growing more complex, divided, and noisy, I felt a calling to focus not just on the stories we tell, but why we tell them — and what they are capable of doing. Climate change. Gender injustice. Mental health. Education inequality. The ethical rise of AI. These are not abstract issues. They are urgent, human stories waiting to be told with clarity, empathy, and conviction.
That is how The Narrative Power Project was born — out of my deep belief that storytelling must become a strategic, creative, and moral force for change. This platform is where I bring together my passions and professions: the rigor of a communications strategist, the soul of a performer, and the vision of a producer/director. It is where I create and curate stories that are not just seen or heard, but felt, remembered, and acted upon.
I created this platform because I needed it — and I believe others do too. Especially those of us who come from communities, cultures, or histories where our stories have been rewritten, overlooked, or erased. For us, storytelling is not a luxury. It’s a right. It’s a responsibility. It’s a revolution.
#OwnYourNarrative is more than a hashtag. It is a call to action — a reminder that our voices are not just vehicles of expression but instruments of power.
This work is about voice. Not just volume — but ownership, clarity, and resonance.
This is how we change the world: one narrative at a time.
